Anaphylaxis is a severe type 1 allergic reaction that occurs after the exposure to the allergen and can be characterized by shock, fainting, low blood pressure, hives on the body or rashes, excessive itching. It can also be associated with Edema or swelling of the lips or soft parts. If allergen is after the Anaphylaxis has been treated the patient has to be on antihistamine for long time or as prescribed by dermatologist and all known allergens has to be avoided
