I have applied persol forte cream for 3 days on my face, due to which dark patches have appeared on my face. On those dark patches no pimples are coming.. what I use to remove that dark patches ?

I would firstly advise you to please stop using persol forte cream immediately and consult an experienced dermatologist for your issue. The dermatologist will examine your condition and will suggest the most appropriate treatment accordingly which may include oral medications, topical treatments and lifestyle changes.
