I feel like dizzy and stiff back in the early morning. Please suggest a solution for this??
Answered on 10th May '24
There are many reasons why you might wake up feeling dizzy and with a sore back. It might be that you did not drink enough water before going to bed, or that you slept in an awkward position which caused your back to become stiff. To combat this, try drinking some fluids before falling asleep and refrain from shifting your weight onto alternate sides during the night. Moreover stretching gently upon waking up can help loosen any tight muscles. If none of these solutions work then it would probably be wise to consult a orthopedist.

I'm 19 yrs old girl, I'm getting pain in my knee cap while going up the stairs, the pain gradually decreases when I stopped moving upstairs.I do feel the pain even more when I'm cycling on a steep or elevated.Normally I don't feel any pain while doing daily activities.I don't even know what causes me pain in my knees.I didn't fall down in the past, but I cycled too much during the covid time in between 2019-2021& may be that's when I started feeling pain for the 1st time. Can you tell me why this happens, can I know the name of this kind of pain so that I can take care of myself?
Answered on 7th May '24
According to what you said, it seems like you might have patellofemoral pain syndrome, which is a condition where the kneecap does not move smoothly over the thigh bone thus resulting in pain. Doing cycling excessively can also trigger it. Rest the knee, perform some light stretches, and do some strengthening workouts. See an orthopedist if the pain persists.

Last week I fell and hit my knee. It is bruised and swollen. There are no breaks or cracks in the area. Today the bruise on my knee is starting to fade but the swelling is hard. Her legs can walk as usual, but sometimes it hurts, she can't straighten and feel pressured in the swollen part. Because the swelling is hot and hard. Kdng2 is tired and throbbing. When she wants to straighten her legs, she will crack her knees and feel heavy. When I sit down he is depressed in his knees. Is it dangerous or is it normal to get hit?

If you are experiencing a hematoma, where blood pools and forms a lump underneath the skin. The swelling, hardness, and discomfort are general signs. It is common to sense these sensations while your body is healing. An ice pack, leg elevation, and painkillers can be used to provide relief. If the pain increases or if there is difficulty moving the knee, an orthopedist should be consulted for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hy.my name is Khurram Saeed.i have fever yesterday and I feel pain in chest and hip joint..
Answered on 6th May '24
Ensure that you pay attention to your body when a fever and chest pain are experienced together with hip joint pain because these signs may indicate different conditions including viral infections or inflammation; rest well take a lot of water and if need be use painkillers but if they persist or become severe seek medical help from an orthopedist.

I am 15 years old and have had a knee injury for 11 months . It started out as a meniscus injury and that has gotten better. According to my most recent MRI, I have edema , synovitis, and slight injuries to my ligaments. It doesn’t sound severe, but I have difficulty walking normally, and it often cracks, which makes it deteriorate. Also, because of the long duration,my muscles have muscle atrophy. My question is: What do the cracks mean(are they fine or not), and what should I do to recover? Thanks.
Answered on 6th May '24
Crackling from your knee is fostered by harsh surfaces or air bubbles. Although it’s perfectly normal at times, it could signify a problem if pain or swelling accompanies the snaps. For recovery, gentle exercises along with physical therapy will not only strengthen supporting muscles, leading to better knee stability. Be cautious while moving be sure to stay away from activities that may exacerbate this popping sound. You can also visit an orthopedist.

Hi I have disability. I had fall yesterday miss last 3 step on double bus and today last hour press wrists and home arm just swallow. Should get checked out
Answered on 6th May '24
You might have injured the wrists and arms. When your arms appear swollen, you could likely be suffering either from sprains or strains. You might end up experiencing symptoms such as pain, swellings, or the inability to move without extreme difficulties. To reduce these swellings therefore, it is advisable that you use ice bags while at the same time raising both of your arms. You should visit an orthopedist for further clarification.

I may have a sprain on my ankle/foot. Here's my signs pain. mild heat and redness. loss of movement and strength around the ankle and foot. difficulty walking or going up or down stairs. tingling, numbness or pins and needles in the affected area.
Answered on 3rd May '24
A sprain occurs when the ligaments around your joints are stretched or damaged. This can cause pain, swelling, and difficulty moving the injured affected part among others. To help with a sprain, it's important to rest, ice the injured area, compress it with a bandage, and elevate your foot. In case If the pain doesn't go away, be sure to see an orthopedist for medical advice.

I am having frozen shoulder for last 4 months there is no pain but the shoulder is stiff cannot move up is there any creme for frozen shoulder relief
Answered on 3rd May '24
This happens when tissues around the shoulder joint get tight. It can make arm movement hard. No pain is good, but the stiffness can bother you. There is no cream just for frozen shoulder relief. But easy stretches and physical therapy can loosen the shoulder over time. It is key to move the shoulder as much as you can without pushing too much. If stiffness remains, get advice from an orthoopedist.
